With all the recent rainfall we’ve been having this rain gauge has been as accurate as my traditional rain catcher but I don’t have to empty out this one.

Which Gateway Hub I should purchase in order to get this Rain Gauge to work?

The Wireless Rain Gauge is designed as an Add-on device to RainPoint Ecosystem. We have dedicated gateways that will facilitate seamless pairing with our HomGar App.

You may choose Either One of the following to work: a simple Wifi Gateway or an Irrigate Display Hub, the latter can display the soil/rain data, as well as the watering schedule, on a crisp clear screen.

Please note that the gateways are sold separately or with our 2-zone Smart Water Timer or Indoor Plant Irrigation Kit. You do not need to buy additional gateway hubs if you own one of the above, each of our gateways can pair multiple add-on devices simultaneously.

Does this Rain Gauge works with the BALDR Wifi Weather Station?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. We have dedicated gateways that will facilitate the seamless pairing of any RainPoint Smart Add-on devices with our HomGar App.

You may choose Either One of the following: A simple Wifi Gateway or an Irrigate Display Hub, the latter can display the soil/rain data, as well as the watering schedule, on a crisp clear screen.

Please note that the gateways are sold separately and are essential for the proper functioning of the Smart Rain Gauge. The RainPoint Rain Gauge will not work independently or with the wifi Weather Station.

Does this wireless Rain Gauge work with the RainPoint 8 zone Sprinkle Controller?

The RainPoint 8-Zone Sprinkler Controller is not directly compatible with the RainPoint wireless rain gauge. However, the controller includes a built-in gateway hub, so you do not need to purchase an additional hub to connect the wireless rain gauge to the same network. While you cannot configure the rain gauge to work directly with the sprinkler controller, once it is added to the app, you can monitor rainfall remotely and adjust the sprinkler schedule as needed.
