Battery Not Working

Replaced the battery that was shipped with the clock and the battery function still does not work. If I want to move the clock to a different location it has to be programmed again. That's annoying.

FAQ

Collapsible content

Why does my screen occasionally go dark and the projection disappear?

The screen dims when the device enters WWVA atomic receiving mode, which occurs when it's first plugged in and several times throughout the day (mostly at night). During this time, it searches for a radio signal for up to 7 minutes, with the antenna symbol displayed on the screen. While searching, only the "RCC" button is functional. Once the search is complete, the backlight will return to its normal brightness, and all functions, including the projection display, will resume.

You can press the "RCC" button at any time to exit the receiving mode.

Can I disable the atomic function since the satellite signal is weak in my area?

Certainly! For our Atomic version (the one with a wall plug), simply press the RCC button to disable the atomic signal search. For an even simpler option, you can purchase our USB version, which doesn't include the atomic function.
